Former Kin + Carta CSO Richard Neish joins technology and product consultancy 101 Ways as CEO

London-based technology and product consultancy 101 Ways has announced the appointment of Richard Neish as Chief Executive Officer as incumbent Zane Gambasin steps into the role of Chief Operating Officer.

Neish will head up a six strong leadership team focused on accelerating 101 Ways growth strategy. The team will work with private equity firm Growth Capital Partners.

Neish brings more than two decades of experience in enterprise technology consulting and large scale data and software delivery experience.

He joins from digital transformation consultancy Kin + Carta, where he led the firm's strategic vision as Global Chief Strategy Officer. He led a refocused pureplay custom software and data transformation proposition, AI strategy, and spearheaded its scaling journey in North America, LatAm and Europe. 

He was instrumental in Kin + Carta’s restructuring and rebranding, driving its journey to became the first certified B Corp to trade on the LSE, and the recent sale and take private of the business.

As CEO of Kin + Carta Connect, Neish led the turnaround of Kin + Carta’s MarTech pillar and subsequent expansion into North America. 

Prior to that, he was Managing Director of the technology innovation business Dare, overseeing its sale and integration to the Oliver Group.
