TruRating is today announcing a new pricing model that will enable every business to kick start improving its customer satisfaction – for zero cost. The software, which sits on the payment terminal – thereby ensuring the collection of mass, genuine paying customer feedback - drives meaningful insight that businesses can quickly act upon, in real-time.  

When a business now signs up, they simply need to ‘switch it on’ via the payment terminal (no integration required) and they will receive the software free for its first outlet -  and for every additional outlet added, businesses will be able to pay a flat monthly rate per outlet.
