. Ticket Purchase and Refunds
All ticket sales are final. Tickets are non-refundable except in the case where the Event is cancelled by the organisers.
Tickets may be transferred to another person with prior written permission from the organisers.
2. Event Cancellation or Changes
The organisers reserve the right to cancel or reschedule the Event at their discretion. In the case of cancellation, ticket holders will be entitled to a full refund of the ticket price. However, no refund will be made if the Event is rescheduled or postponed.
The organisers reserve the right to make changes to the Event format, schedule, speakers, or venue if necessary. Any such changes will not entitle ticket holders to a refund.
3. Adverse Weather and Force Majeure
The organisers are not liable for delays, interruptions, or cancellations of the Event due to adverse weather conditions or other events beyond their control (e.g., natural disasters, strikes, governmental restrictions, acts of war, or health emergencies).
Unless the organisers officially cancel the Event, all tickets remain non-refundable, even if adverse weather or other circumstances prevent some attendees from travelling to or attending the Event.
4. Liability and Personal Safety
Attendees are responsible for their own personal safety and the security of their belongings while at the Event.
The organisers accept no responsibility for loss, theft, or damage of personal property during the Event.
The organisers shall not be liable for any injury, illness, or damages incurred as a result of attending the Event.
5. Photography, Filming, and Media Rights
By attending the Event, you agree that the organisers or any authorised third party may capture photographs or video footage of the Event, including attendees, and use such media for promotional or commercial purposes.
You grant the organisers and their affiliates a perpetual, royalty-free licence to use any images or footage of you captured at the Event in any media format worldwide.
6. Code of Conduct
All attendees are expected to behave respectfully and professionally towards others at the Event. Harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behaviour will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the Event without refund.
The organisers reserve the right to refuse entry or remove any attendee who violates the Code of Conduct or who is otherwise deemed unfit to participate.
7. Data Protection and Privacy
Any personal data provided to the organisers as part of the registration or attendance process will be processed in accordance with the organisers' Privacy Policy. Your data may be used to communicate information regarding this and future events.
8. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Kingdom.
9. Acceptance of Terms
By attending the Event, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by these Terms.
