Martin Francis departs Karen Millen for FitFlop

Martin Francis has taken on the role of Digital GM at online shoe retailer FitFlop.

He joins from Karen Millen/Coast where he served as Customer & Digital Director.

Prior to that, he was Interim MD at Watchshop and The Watch Hut (Watches of Switzerland Group) and he has also held various positions at House of Fraser (including Director of Global Multi-channel Trading) and served as Head of E-commerce at Arcadia Group (Dorothy Perkins).
