Narek Verdian takes on CTO role at Glovo
On-demand delivery venture, Glovo, has appointed Narek Verdian as Chief Technology Officer.
He joins as the company looks to expand its engineering team from 300 to over 500 by the end of 2021 in Barcelona and Warsaw.
Verdian, whose CV includes stints at American Express, Expedia and Hotels.com, says: “I’m excited to be a part of Glovo’s ambitious journey, leading the company’s tech strategy and scaling the team with some of the world’s best tech talent.”
