Mamas & Papas has announced the appointment of Helen Monks as Group Brand & Marketing Director and Jessica Hodgson as Chief Financial Officer. 

Monks joins following a career within the Regatta Group, where she most recently held the position of Brand & Marketing Director. During her time with the business, she led marketing activity across Regatta, Dare 2b and Regatta Professional, spanning brand strategy, campaigns, digital marketing, retail and product.

She says: "Mamas & Papas is a brand people have a real connection with, and I loved the idea of being part of what comes next. I'm looking forward to getting to know the team and helping the brand feel even more relevant to today's parents. As a mum myself, it's a world I care about personally too."

Hodgson brings ten years at KPMG working in corporate and project finance. She has also served as Retail Finance & Group Data Director at Pets at Home, and held senior finance, transformation and commercial leadership roles at Amazon, Morrisons and Asda.

The awards celebrate global retail technology innovation in a fast moving omnichannel world. Our winners were revealed at the 2026 RTIH Innovation Awards Ceremony, taking place at The HAC in Central London on Wednesday, 4th November.

The event consisted of a drinks reception, three course meal, awards ceremony presided over by award winning stand-up comedian, presenter, actor and broadcaster, Aurie Styla, and after party until 1am.
