Caffè Nero has partnered with Yoyo to launch a festive campaign that rewards its app users when they buy hot drinks.
From Thursday, 2nd November through to 31st December, every time a customer makes a transaction that includes a hot drink through Caffè Nero’s payment and loyalty app, they will receive a Christmas Cracker – they can then “shake” or “pull” it open to find out if they’ve won. Prizes include a trip for two to Milan – courtesy of American Express, exclusive screening tickets to the upcoming movie Wonder and gift cards from the likes of House of Fraser, John Lewis and Spotify. There will also be thousands of golden Caffe Nero loyalty bonus stamps up for grabs, as well as limited edition gift cards, coffee vouchers, Christmas cakes and Caffè Nero’s new Festive Turkey Special Ciabatta.

It was important that customers be presented with a seamless day-to-day mobile solution to pay for their items and, at the same time, digitally stamp their loyalty cards. But it was equally important that the app provide opportunities to create more rewarding experiences linked to their everyday transactions.”
