Lavazza teams with Reply for new cloud e-commerce offering
Reply has worked with Italian coffee brand, Lavazza, on the design and implementation of its new e-commerce platform.
Through Amazon Web Services, Reply moved Lavazza’s e-commerce infrastructure to the cloud. It then implemented a replatforming project on the SAP Hybris B2C platform. Key here was multi-country management, as after an Italian launch the store was brought to the English and German markets, implementing new developments and integrations in order to adapt it to national differences.
