M&S teams with Clipper Logistics on returns solution
Clipper Logistics has landed a contract with Marks & Spencer to support its returns management operation. This will utilise Clipper's Boomerang offering and be serviced from the company's e-fulfilment facility in Ollerton, Nottinghamshire. It will consolidate stock returned from stores, as well as online returns received direct from customers, to ensure products are in an appropriate condition for future resale and customer refunds are processed in a timely fashion.
Tony Mannix, Chief Executive at Clipper, says: "We've worked with Marks & Spencer for a number of years, and I'm delighted that they've chosen us to partner with them on this comprehensive returns solution. Clipper has made a name for itself as one of the UK's leading value-added logistics solutions providers, with an unparalleled reputation in retail supply chain, and I look forward to helping Marks & Spencer achieve their goals."
Paul Burns, Head of Operations at Marks & Spencer, adds: "Creating a seamless experience for our customers is really important. We look forward to working closely with Clipper to provide an efficient and convenient service that works for our customers and our business."
