Touker Suleyman backs Personify XP after Hawes & Curtis pilot
AI-powered customer engagement platform, Personify XP, has announced undisclosed seed investment from Hawes & Curtis founder and Dragon’s Den star, Touker Suleyman.
This follows a pilot at Hawes & Curtis, which showed that shoppers viewing Personify XP content and product recommendations were three times more likely to make a purchase and on average would add an extra item to the basket.
Personify XP uses machine learning algorithms to identify a visitor’s mission from their behaviour onsite and then uses this behaviour to personalise their experiences in real-time. “There is a significant market opportunity here, with over 95% of our website visitors being anonymous,” says Suleyman. “Personify XP has changed the game on anonymous personalisation. With our biggest season of sales approaching we expect it to generate over £6 million in incremental sales alone.”

Personify XP’s platform helps us understand our anonymous visitors and critically we can run these new sites without having to hire more resource. We were live in six days with the platform impacting 95% of our traffic immediately.”
