Sephora gets personal with Saleforce roll-out
Sephora is deploying Salesforce Commerce Cloud and Service Cloud in Europe to deliver more personalised, intelligent omnichannel shopping journeys.

Sephora is now live on Commerce Cloud and Service Cloud in Sweden and Denmark. It is also planning to roll-out the tech all over Europe starting with Portugal, Germany, France and Poland in the coming months.
