Future Worlds preps Dragons’ Den student startup showcase

The investor line-up for this spring’s Future Worlds Dragons’ Den event has been revealed.

Chris Broad, Apple’s Director of Sales Contracting, EMEIA, and serial entrepreneur Andrew Doe, will be joined by newcomers Sonja Lami and Nick Lawton for the live pitching competition. They will interrogate six student finalists on Saturday, 12th May at The Cube in Union Southampton and consider offering investment for a percentage of their startups. 

Tickets are still available for the showcase that has seen over £250,000 pledged to date in student ventures from the University of Southampton. Past contestants have included computer vision venture Aura Vision Labs, who were recently interviewed by RTIH. Check out the Q&A here.
