Amazon brings Home Services to UK

Amazon is rolling out its Home Services offering in the UK, following a launch Stateside. 

Customers buying more than four million products on Amazon.co.uk, ranging from TVs and household appliances to garden furniture and exercise equipment, can now schedule installation or assembly support from a professional during checkout. They can also book a range of services including general handymen, electricians and plumbers. This is initially available to customers in Greater London, Birmingham and Manchester, with new cities and services set to be added over time.

We’re delighted to be able to offer this same experience to UK customers through a network of handpicked, local tradespeople and service providers.”
