Auto-replenish household items with Target Fetch

Target is following Amazon into the smart home-powered replenishment platform business.

Developed by its Open House Labs innovation team, Target Fetch automatically reorders select household essentials through the use of three smart products: toilet paper spindle, paper towel holder and soap pump. The retailer is currently offering membership at an exclusive Indiegogo price; “your feedback will help make our pilot an even smarter, more convenient and easy-to-use system,” it says.
