JDA Software announces Blue Yonder deal
JDA Software is acquiring Blue Yonder as it looks to boost its supply chain AI capabilities. Terms of the deal, which is subject to competition agency approval, have not been disclosed.
Blue Yonder was founded in 2008 in Germany, by former CERN physicist and KIT professor Michael Feindt. Its customers include Morrisons and OTTO. “Major digital transformation of supply chains is underway and the ability to quickly access intelligent, actionable data and insights will determine the future winners and losers,” says JDA CEO, Girish Rishi.
