User Conversion announces senior hire

The former Head of E-commerce at Missguided has linked up with conversion optimisation agency, User Conversion, taking on the role of Managing Director. 

Mark Leach joined Missguided in 2015, with highlights including the implementation of a new online checkout process and the launch of an iOS app which increased mobile conversions by over 30%.
