Hotter Shoes implements Taggstar for international sites
HotterShoes reports a 5% revenue uplift after adding social proof messaging software from Taggstar to its UK online store. Messages showing aggregated customer shopping trends were added in summer 2017. This has now been extended to the Hotter EU, German and US sites.
Taggstar shows online customers what people like them have bought or are interested in. The software works by pulling crowdsourced data about product popularity and other trends derived from Hotter customers’ browsing history.
