Funky Pigeon deploys ContentSquare UX analytics solution
Funky Pigeon is using the new CS-Live zoning feature of ContentSquare's UX analytics solution.
Jack Barnfield, Web Design Optimisation Manager at Funky Pigeon, comments: “Our team is small with a lot of responsibilities, from accessing insights for everything on our website to determining how elements such as our user interface, display and graphics, hero images and checkout routes, are performing. With limited resources, ensuring that every element operates as efficiently as possible can be a challenge, so we knew that we had to find a better solution that would allow us to spend far less resources analysing and more time on optimising.”
Funky Pigeon says that it selected ContentSquare as CS-Live gave the online card and gift retailer an easy-to-use browser plugin that offers the same instant, visual insight as walking into a bricks and mortar shop, and taking a look around.
“Unlike the majority of traditional e-commerce businesses, our visitors are purchasing gifts for other people, so often they’ll select two items for two completely different people at the same time. ContentSquare acts as a integral extension of our team and allows us to drill down into exactly how and why specific visitor segments behave and navigate, so we can rapidly enhance the performance of both our online and mobile sites, to offer every customer a seamless omnichannel experience every time they visit,” says Barnfield.
