Thomas Cook and Iceland have been announced as the brands most trusted by their customers in the Feefo Trusted Service awards for 2019.
Rachel Lewis, Customer Response Coordinator at Iceland, says: “It is a huge honour for Iceland to possess such a renowned and respected award from Feefo. It’s not only valuable to the business, it is also a great way to show our customers that we listen, we care, and we can be trusted.”
To qualify, a business must have collected at least 50 reviews between 1st January and 31st December 2018. The Gold Trusted Service 2019 award requires a Feefo service rating of at least 4.5, while for Feefo’s Trusted Service 2019 award, a service rating of between 4.0 and 4.4 is required.
