Carrefour Italia rolls out JoinTag tech
Carrefour Italia has partnered with proximity marketing services venture, JoinTag. It is implementing the company’s Kariboo platform in more than 200 Carrefour Market outlets and 40 hypermarkets.
The solution sends targeted push notifications to customers in-store. It can also be used to track them as they make their way around a store.
Pierre Queau, who heads up marketing and digital transformation at Carrefour Italia, says: “We’re always looking for new, innovative ways to improve the customer experience and this partnership will help us achieve this.”
