Radley taps OneStock tech for digital stores project

Radley has worked with OneStock to enable in-store customers to access its entire product range via an Order In-Store app.

The handbag and accessories retailer has 32 stores in the UK. Orders will be delivered from the most appropriate store or distribution centre and there is also a Click and Collect option. “We wanted to create an in-store digital shopping experience for our customers offering more product options, higher stock availability and an improved Click and Collect offering,” says Francis Rodrigues, Head of IT at Radley. “With OneStock we have the opportunity now to deliver this.”

Radley is also implementing a mobile Point of Sale system in stores. Transactions will be managed via OneStock’s app, which uses PayPal Here technology to process payments.
