Cuatro Grados, Mark Qiu head up BrandHouse Series A round
BrandHouse, a London-based online platform for fast moving consumer goods, has landed €4 million in Series A funding.
Cuatro Grados and Mark Qiu, Founder and CEO, China Renaissance Investments, led the round, which also included existing backers Almondbox, Cosmopolitan and KAP Partners.
The company will use the funds to further develop its business in China and Northern Europe. It connects retailers and brands with consumers via technology for product onboarding, web sales, payments and logistics management.
“In China, the demand for imported consumer goods, such as mother and baby care products, are growing strongly, driven by increasing consumption power and desire for authentic and differentiated products,” says Qiu.
"We are delighted with the further validation of our vision and support from world class investors and partners, who can support our future growth,” comments BrandHouse Chairman Klaus Anker Petersen. "We believe in digitalisation of cross-border parcel based trade, where any product is made available to consumers globally.”
