After deploying Narvar’s Ship & Track solution in North America, ASICS is now rolling it out to 11 European markets. It is also implementing the company’s Return offering.
ASICS recently moved its core e-commerce platform to Salesforce Commerce Cloud. The fact that Narvar integrates with Salesforce was a key factor in choosing its solution, with onboarding time reduced by 33%. The retailer also felt that the tech was “best suited to capture and analyse customer experience data at scale, to enable learning and customer insight and provide additional post purchase experiences for its customers”.
