Waitrose drivers will now take John Lewis returns

Good news for John Lewis customers who are tired of lugging unwanted clothing and home purchases to the post office or their local store. Waitrose drivers will now take them away free of charge when delivering £60+ online grocery orders.

This follows a trial last year in 21 shops and customers of the supermarket’s fulfilment centre in Coulsdon. There is no additional charge for using the service, which is now available in all postcodes served by the retailer. More information can be found here.

Ged Keogh-Peters, Partner and Director Supply Chain Strategy for the John Lewis Partnership, says: “Following the success of the trial we are pleased to be extending this service to even more customers. We are excited to be at the forefront of new services to make online shopping as convenient and quick as possible.”
