The Co-op continues robot deliveries roll-out

The Co-op has launched its robot delivery service in a third store.

Bodmin Place, Broughton joins Monkston Park and Emerson Valley in Milton Keynes in offering this. Customers can now have their groceries delivered by a Starship Technologies robot. Further info here.

Tesco is also working with Starship Technologies on an initiative in Milton Keynes. The retailer is fulfilling the service from a Tesco Extra in the city’s Kingston Centre. Using Starship’s app, customers can order groceries for delivery in as little as 15 minutes within a two-mile radius of the store. They pay usual shelf prices for products and £1 for the service.
