Casey’s General Stores taps SMG CME solution

US retailer Casey’s General Stores has announced a new customer experience management partnership with Service Management Group (SMG).

Casey’s, which operates 2,100 convenience stores in 16 states throughout the Midwest, will be capturing feedback at the Point of Sale. This will be delivered to the smg360 reporting dashboard and mobile app, giving users at multiple levels in the organisation a view of customer feedback, text analytics capabilities and case management.
