Marks and Spencer rolls out Ingenico payments tech
Marks and Spencer has announced an omnichannel payments partnership with Ingenico.
The latter’s PCI PTS 5 hardware will be rolled out across the M&S estate, with the latest Point-to-Point Encryption (P2PE) technology implemented, connected to an in-store and online PCI DSS platform.
“As part of our transformation efforts it’s vital that we’re working with the right partners who can help us improve both the online and in-store experience for our customers,” says Paul Airey, Head of Retail Technology at M&S.
“Seamless payment is a crucial part of the customer journey so we’re pleased to be working with industry-leaders Ingenico. Introducing this technology will ultimately enable us to introduce further innovation as part of our digital first strategy and we’re looking forward to working together.”
