AmazonFresh launches on demand delivery option

AmazonFresh is introducing a new delivery option which means Prime members (in eligible areas) can pay £2.99 per order, when adhering to the minimum value of £40.

It will also continue to offer its monthly subscription fee of £3.99 which allows an unlimited number of orders to be made in any given month - again with the minimum £40 spend per delivery.

AmazonFresh has been rolled out in 302 postcodes across Greater London and the South East (including London, Surrey, Hampshire, Hertfordshire and Bedfordshire). Products are available from such supermarkets as Whole Foods Market, Booths and Morrisons, as well as from local brands such as Chegworth Valley, Paxton & Whitfield and C. Lidgate.

“We are constantly innovating on behalf of our customers to deliver the things we believe they will always care about – low prices, vast selection, and fast delivery,” says Russell Jones, Country Manager, AmazonFresh UK. “By offering an on demand option as part of our AmazonFresh service, Prime members have even more flexibility when it comes to doing their weekly shop online.”
