DICK’S Sporting Goods deploys Medallia CX tech
DICK’S Sporting Goods has rolled out Medallia’s Experience Cloud solution.
It is using the SaaS platform, which is tied into Adobe Analytics, to better understand digital customer priorities and journeys and take actions to turn shopping carts into completed purchases.
