Paul Hornby rejoins The Very Group as Digital CX Director

The Very Group has hired its former Head of E-commerce, Paul Hornby, as Digital Customer Experience Director.

He returns to the company from Matalan, where for the past three years he held the position of Director of E-commerce.

The Very Group, formerly known as Shop Direct, owns Very and Littlewoods. Hornby first joined in 2006 and left for Matalan in 2018.
