Watsons notches up loyalty programme milestone
Watsons, the flagship health and beauty brand of A.S. Watson Group, is laying claim to 100 million loyalty members in Asia.
Established in 2008, its programme is now available in 14 markets.
Malina Ngai, CEO at A.S. Watson (Asia and Europe), says: “We’re now growing at roughly one million new members every quarter. This isn’t just a big milestone for us; it’s also an important one for all of our members who form a community that inspires each other to look and feel good inside and outside.”
