BharatPe notches up blockbuster valuation
Indian startup BharatPe has announced a $75 million Series C funding round.
This was led by Coatue Management and existing investor Ribbat Capital. Amplo and existing backers Steadview Capital and Insight Partners also participated in the round, which valued BharatPe at over $400 million.
The venture has raised $140 million to date. Its service helps offline Indian merchants accept digital payments and secure working capital. Further details here.
