Adult FriendFinder targets virtual orgies amid coronavirus shutdown

Camming and casual dating site Adult FriendFinder has launched Virgy, a platform that will allow Americans to host online sex parties while adhering to social distancing guidelines during the coronavirus lockdown.

The free to access service allows up to 20 people to tune into a private video conference from any device.

Users, who might also be interested in free sex chat, have the option of hosting public video conferences where anyone looking to join in on the fun can participate.

“We’re all about embracing sex positivity and providing an engaging platform for people looking to find quick flings and casual partners to long-term relationships,” says Gunner Taylor, Director of Strategic Development at FriendFinder Networks, owner of Adult FriendFinder.

“With large gatherings banned across the country and popular sex party clubs forced to close their doors, we wanted to create a venue geared specifically for virtual orgies. You don’t want to login into a traditional video conference platform that you might use for a work call for a virtual orgy. You want to feel like you’re tuning into a sexy, exclusive event where anything might happen.”

He adds that Adult FriendFinder’s bandwidth capabilities will ensure parties won’t be interrupted by unexpected glitches or technical difficulties like halting visuals.

According to a press release, “users are also encouraged to incorporate teledildonic sex toys that will allow partygoers to achieve a more multi-sensory experience similar to what they would have in-person”. Whatever that means…
