Buy It Direct brings in Keith Basnett as Group COO
Keith Basnett has joined UK based online retailer Buy It Direct as Group Chief Operating Officer.
Basnett was previously Retail Supply Chain and Operations Director at Mothercare. Prior to that, he was Chief Operating Officer at Yodel.
“I am joining a business with an entrepreneurial style, agile in its strategic growth plans and a service ethos to further develop customer advocacy,” he says.
“I am sure that I will be reconnecting with clients, colleagues and suppliers both old and new over the coming months. Looking forward to the challenges and opportunities and in joining a winning team.”
