Uncrowd offers eye chart to help retailers understand customers
As mask wearing becomes mandatory in UK stores, retail analytics startup Uncrowd has issued a tongue-in-cheek chart that enables staff members to identify the mood of shoppers.
Downloadable here, and you can also check out a low res version below, this maps 32 eye moods to enable staff to diagnose and pre-empt potential problems.

Uncrowd boss Richard Hammond says: “Good retailers can read their customers like a book, but if their mouths are hidden behind masks, it’s a bit harder to work out what they’re thinking and feeling.”
