Eagle Eye Solutions tech powers YourPret Barista service
Pret A Manger is using Eagle Eye’s AIR platform as part of the foundation for its new coffee subscription service.
Costing £20 per month, YourPret Barista enables users to get up to five barista prepared drinks per day, where the first month is free as part of a national launch.

Pret rolled out the service earlier this month following a trial in Manchester.
Ciara Chellun, Global Head of Digital Product, says: “Working with Eagle Eye has helped us accelerate our customer loyalty strategy and their integration with our in-store Oracle MICROS Simphony PoS system enables us to bring together in-shop customer and transactional data.”

After signing up to YourPret Barista, customers are emailed a unique digital voucher issued by the Eagle Eye AIR platform, which can be downloaded into Apple or Google Play mobile wallets on their smartphones.
They can then redeem their drinks by presenting their voucher for scanning at the till to identify themselves as subscribers.
