Amazon Prime Day 2020 set to start on 13th October
Huzzah! After months of uncertainty, it looks like we finally have a date for Amazon Prime Day 2020.
Various publications went live with stories yesterday, flagging up Tuesday, 13th October, although we should stress that Amazon has not confirmed these reports.

A CNET article is based on "four people with knowledge of the e-commerce giant’s plans", while The Verge cites "an internal Amazon email" as their source.
Last year, Amazon extended Prime Day to 48 hours from 36 hours in 2018. But like many other things in 2020, the event has been impacted by the coronavirus pandemic.
The sale typically takes place in mid-July, but was postponed as Amazon grappled with the unenviable task of handling both a surge in online orders and various rules designed to keep its warehouse workers safe.
