VIA Outlets extends Coniq customer loyalty partnership
European operator of outlet shopping destinations, VIA Outlets, is renewing and expanding its agreement with Coniq as the sole provider of customer engagement and loyalty software and services across its portfolio.
VIA Outlets selected Coniq and its IQ platform in 2017.

VIA Outlets was able to analyse trading patterns to safely reopen centres during the coronavirus outbreak.
This year, Coniq will expand its real-time engagement platform capabilities, giving VIA Outlets access to the likes of real-time location tracking, advanced segmentation, dynamic message content and enhanced customer-centric incentives.
