Finance and tech veteran Nick Giovanni joins Instacart
Nick Giovanni is joining online grocery platform Instacart as Chief Financial Officer (CFO).
Giovanni spent more than 20 years at Goldman Sachs, most recently as Head of the Global Technology, Media and Telecom Group.

He has served as an advisor to Instacart for a number of years. In his new role, he will oversee accounting, finance and corporate development. He will succeed Sagar Sanghvi.
