Jennifer Stephens takes up advisory role at Onloan

Jennifer Stephens, Chief Customer Officer at Ted Baker, has joined fashion rental venture Onloan as Board Advisor.

“Jen and I met many moons ago on one of my first brand identity and strategy projects,” Natalie-Anne Hasseck, Co-founder, Onloan, says in a LinkedIn post.

“Young and green I absorbed every thing I learned from that collaborative experience. In particular, what high standards look like in Jen’s world (note: high) - and always coming from the perspective of the customer.

“But what makes me the most excited? That I get to work with Jen on the distribution of our brand.”

“Jen's belief in Onloan's capacity to change how we consume and the drive to help Tamsin Chislett (Co-founder and CEO) and I spread our message far and wide is the fire we need as we approach 2022. Excited is an understatement!”

“I’m very excited to be part of the Onloan team - truly disrupting fashion with a more impactful rental model,” Stephens comments.

Clubhouse

Earlier this year, Ted Baker became the first British fashion brand to launch a culture platform on invitation only audio-chat iPhone app Clubhouse.

“We see Clubhouse as an opportunity to experiment with new and innovative digital formats and develop our cultural capital,” said Stephens.

“As a British heritage brand, we intend to use our voice to be part of the cultural conversation alongside diverse and engaging talent from across our industry and beyond.”
