Former AWS and Microsoft exec Gavin Jackson lands Oxbotica CEO job
Oxbotica, a specialist in open autonomous vehicle software, has appointed Gavin Jackson as CEO.
Jackson previously worked at Microsoft and Amazon Web Services (AWS). As Microsoft UK MD, he was responsible for leading its enterprise commercial business, and as AWS MD, he oversaw all EMEA operations.

Oxbotica, which has worked with Ocado, has raised total funds of around $100 million, with investors including BGF, bp ventures, Halma, HostPlus, IP Group, Tencent, Venture Science, and funds advised by Doxa Partners.
Further investment was secured during 2021, from Ocado Group and ZF.
