Retail veteran Patrick Bousquet-Chavanne joins eShopWorld
Former Marks & Spencer Director, Patrick Bousquet-Chavanne, has been appointed President and CEO, Americas, at cross-border e-commerce technology and services company eShopWorld (ESW).
Bousquet-Chavanne was previously CEO at Emaar Malls, owner of The Dubai Mall.
During his time at M&S, he served as Executive Director, Customer, Marketing, helping drive the retailer’s digital transformation strategy.
In his new role, he will have overall responsibility for ESW’s Americas business and growth strategy as well as worldwide marketing.

He will also lead the venture’s new consulting division, The Reach Advisory. Bousquet-Chavanne previously served as a member of ESW’s Retail Advisory Council.
