‘Amazon Prime for everybody else’: Deliverr raises $170m

US-based e-commerce fulfilment company, Deliverr, has raised a $170 million Series D led by Coatue with participation from Brookfield Technology Partners, Activant Capital, 8VC and GLP.

This brings its total funding to $240 million.

The startup was co-founded by former Symphony Commerce colleagues Harish Abbott and Michael Krakaris in 2017.

It says that it “aims to bring Amazon-like fulfilment capabilities to online retailers of any size, helping them meet the high expectations of today’s shopper and better compete with other retailers”.

“Deliverr is Amazon Prime for everybody else,” says Brookfield Technology Partners’ Managing Partner Josh Raffaelli,. “It’s about empowering merchants with the most important variable in sales, which is speed of delivery.”
