The Very Group brings online data to life with Contentsquare tie up
The Very Group has kicked off a partnership with digital experience analytics startup Contentsquare.
The company, which operates Very.co.uk and Littlewoods.com, says that the tie up will allow it to “put data and insight at the heart of every change we make by visually bringing our data to life and giving our teams instant access to the insight that matters”.
It adds: “This will empower us to quickly make the right decisions for our customers, to create a world class customer experience at The Very Group”.
Funding round
Contentsquare recently completed a $500 million Series E funding round.
This was led by SoftBank Vision Fund 2, which joined existing investors Eurazeo, Bpifrance, KKR, Canaan, Highland Europe, and funds and accounts managed by BlackRock.
It brought the total funding to date to $810 million and valued Contentsquare at $2.8 billion.
The venture said it would use the capital to develop its platform, support its geographic expansion, M&A activities, and go-to-market strategy.
“Innovation is in our DNA and this investment is a result of the tremendous hard work of our passionate and ambitious team,” commented Jonathan Cherki, CEO and Founder, Contentsquare.
“Our growth has been accelerated by the world’s shift towards digital, and our technology answers many of the digital transformation challenges brands face today.”
