Boohoo Group deploys Bloomreach Engagement across 13 brands
Boohoo Group has opted for the AI powered Bloomreach Engagement customer data and experience platform.
This unifies data from all customer touchpoints, providing a single customer view across Boohoo’s 13 online brands, including boohoo, PrettyLittleThing, and Debenhams.
Bloomreach was selected via an open, competitive RFP process, through which Boohoo originally sought an email service provider.
Upon showcasing its ability to not only enhance customer communications but to also drive a more consistent and personalised customer journey, Bloomreach implemented its Engagement pillar.
This offers a CDP in addition to the likes of email campaigns, mobile push notifications, app tracking, and SMS.
“We were impressed with Bloomreach’s technology and retail experience,” says Sophie Rustill, Senior Retention Manager, boohoo.
“We’re looking forward to working with them to further enhance our relationships with customers whilst growing the business.”
