Andy Morris becomes interim IT Director at Boots Digital

Andy Morris has joined both Cognizant and Boots as the IT Director for Boots Digital.

“I get to work with two brilliant teams of people in this interim role through Cognizant,” he said in a LinkedIn post.

“Thanks to the Boots and Cognizant families for making me feel so welcome - I really appreciate it.”

Morris previously spent almost eight years at British Gas, joining as Head of Information Management and holding the position of Data, Digital, Marketing and Insight Director when he departed the company in December of last year.

Michelle Kearns

In May, Boots brought in Michelle Kearns as Head of IT, Ireland.

Kearns was previously Chief Information Officer at Caredoc. 

She is also the founder of One HealthTech Ireland, a network that supports and promotes women and other underrepresented groups in health innovation. 

Paula Bobbett 

Late last year, Paula Bobbett took on the role of Director, Boots.com at Boots UK.

She joined from Dixons Carphone, where she started as Senior Manager, E-commerce Insight in 2013, before becoming Head of Online Trade, Analytics and Insight in 2015 and finally Head of Online Performance in 2018.

Prior to that, Bobbett was Strategy & Analytics Manager at Avon.
