Benetton Group deploys Cegid retail tech across 1,000+ stores
Fashion retailer, Benetton Group, is to roll-out Cegid’s cloud-based unified commerce and PoS platform across its global store estate following a deployment in 29 locations in Italy.
This will cover 1,358 stores in 23 countries: Austria, Cyprus, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Mexico, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Russia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Taiwan, Turkey, and the United Kingdom.
The main objectives of the project are to digitise all Benetton Group's stores to help provide customers with a seamless omnichannel shopping experience, and also equip its sales staff with new technologies and digital tools.
