Kevin O’Brien takes on CTO role at Missoma
London-based jewellery brand Missoma has hired Kevin O’Brien as Chief Technology Officer.
He joins from online shoe retailer FitFlop where he spent almost five years, first as Global IT Director, then as Global Transformation & IT Director.
O’Brien’s CV also includes a stint as Director of IT at Selfridges.
Gianni Georgiades
Earlier this year, FitFlop announced the appointment of Gianni Georgiades as CEO.
He said: “There is magic running through this brand’s DNA and, in a world where wellbeing has come into fast focus, quality of life starting with exceptionally engineered shoes makes a lot of sense.”
Georgiades was earlier Omnichannel Managing Director for EMEA at Deckers (UGG) and VP for Europe at Coach. Prior to joining FitFlop, he was CEO at Lacoste Footwear.
“We can already feel the energy, enthusiasm and expertise that Gianni is bringing to the FitFlop table, and our team is looking forward to working with him, and to building on our strengths to create the world’s biggest - and of course best- wellness footwear brand,” commented Fitflop Founder Marcia Kilgore
