Gorillas eyes Frichti grocery delivery acquisition
German on-demand delivery venture Gorillas is in exclusive talks to acquire French startup Frichti.
Financial terms of the deal have not been disclosed.
Founded in 2015, Frichti delivers groceries, private label products and ready to eat meals to over 450 000 customers in eight cities in France and Belgium.
After opening 22 stores in five cities in France in less than a year, Gorillas says that the acquisition will enable it to broaden its local footprint and density.
