Claire's enlists Salesforce for same-day Click & Collect and BOPIS move
Claire's has launched a same-day Click & Collect offering at stores in the United Kingdom and United States.
The retailer says that Click & Collect in the UK and same-day Buy Online, Pick Up In-Store (BOPIS) in the US allows it to drive “a frictionless, digital-first engagement for customers to shop anywhere, anytime”.
It enlisted Salesforce for the launch of a new order management system, followed by the same-day Click & Collect and BOPIS offerings.
Claire's same-day Click & Collect is powered by one of the first custom in-store pickup apps created by Salesforce. It can now offer pick up in four hours or less within the UK and two hours or less within the US.
Same-day Click & Collect and BOPIS were rolled out within the UK and US in November, with the Republic of Ireland and France set to follow in the near future.
